Kiosco Romagna - Guayacanes

We brought friends to see this jewel of a place, everything went well until we enjoyed our meal. We decided to sit outside to admire the beautiful sea. The owner came out and told us that we had to pay 500 pesos to sit down, or we had to order drinks because they were charged in Italy. Of course we were insulted, our bill paid and abandoned, we will never put foot there again.

A little jewel from the beaten path. This place was a nice surprise, but be warned that it is not your typical restaurant, but a small iron with plastic tables and chairs in the backyard of a very modest beach house, where the owners Miralba Alberto (an Italian gentleman living in the DR) will serve delicious food in an environment that resembles more a meeting in one of your friends' house than an excursion to a restaurant. Very modest, no Frills environment safe. But clean, friendly and good food safe!
