Gino's Pizza - Guelph

This restaurant now has new management, and I tried their pizza today. It was fantastic. I highly recommend giving it a try.

After calling to place our order, we experienced very polite and excellent customer service, which is exactly how it should be. The pizza was outstanding, receiving a 10 out of 10 rating overall. I highly recommend trying this restaurant - don't hesitate to give them a shot!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The medium butter chicken pizza only had 5-7 small cubes of chicken on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The store is under new management. Excellent people and amazing Pizza. It will be hard to get the quality and value for your money anywhere else. Thank you to the new owners.

I recently ordered pizza at Gino’s on Stone Rd in Guelph. The sign said it was under new management and I thought it was time to give it a try again. Over the last few years the quality of their pizza had deteriorated to the point that I stopped ordering from the store. The new owners, mom and her 2 sons, were great. Very friendly and welcoming to the store as soon as you walk in. The store was very clean. In the past it looked unkept at times. The pizza was ready on time, cooked as I had requested, a bit well done to make the crust a little crispier. The dough seemed to be very fresh and the sauce was delicious. It seemed a bit different. The customer flow was steady. If you haven’t had Gino’s Pizza from this location give it a try! If you had been turned off this location come back and try it again for the first time with these new owners.
