I've had a couple hostile experiences while ordering such as being interrogated why my pre-ordered free reward sub came up as $0 when it was part of their app's reward system I earned for loyalty, but past that I've always been made a very good sub and left with a smile even that time. The younger guy and the manager lady both try their best to make sure you have a good sandwich. On recent visits I've had no issues!
