PJ's Restaurant in the Atrium - Guelph

An awesome place for an inexpensive meal! The rotating menus offer fresh, unique options every day they're open. The student staff is always friendly and approachable, quick to answer your questions, or check the back for the answer if they don't know. Everything I've had has been delicious, and I would highly recommend anyone near the Guelph campus to make a visit to PJ's.

This is an awesome place! One of its kind. Come here to experience new ideas from students. The food is usually simple yet well cooked and creatively presented. I am so looking forward to come back here again.

My wife and I were greeted by a friendly staff at the entrance to the restaurant; within a minute we were seated at the table of our choice. The chicken with rice and veggies was delicious. the ice-cream dessert was fantastic.

We decided to try PJ's after reading about it online. We booked for four, and enjoyed a 5-course, set meal. It was delicious - everything was well-plated, presented and explained. Service was attentive and of a very high quality. The 'Latin theme' pervaded every part of the meal, from the 'amuse-bouche', to the dessert trio. The soup and entree could have been hotter.The restaurant, run by U of G's Hospitality Department, features special dinners each Thursday in Semester II, with lunch as well on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. What a nice surprise - will definitely return.
