Tim Hortons - Guelph

I ordered a latte but was given regular coffee without being asked. When I inquired about it, the staff was rude and told me that the latte machine wasn't working and there was no difference between the two drinks. I was disappointed by their lack of customer service and would not recommend visiting this restaurant. The staff are rude and not accommodating.

The service at the restaurant was extremely slow because there was only one server working at the counter. It was clear that the drive-thru was a priority as there were two servers there. Acknowledging the extended wait time would have been appreciated.

This restaurant is fantastic! I adore Jo, she is incredibly kind and welcoming. Every visit I make, she brightens my day with her warm hospitality.

When it comes to tea. Be assured. No background noise, just an ambient environment to reflect.

Cam to grab a few drinks and employee intrupted us everytime we would say a item with the classic anything else all tims seem to be really bad with this but this was probably one of my worst experinces the lids on the drinks werent on properly the sandwich i got was wrapped horribly and the employee was just very rude 5:00pm december 5th i would talk to your employees about this !
