We ordered a blue branch (0.25 l 4.90€, an alcohol-free wheat (3.10€, crispy porkshaxe in dark beer sauce with semmelknödel and sauerkraut (13.80€ and pork fillet black eagle on fine mushroom cream soaks (14.40€ and a small mixed salad (3.50€) The supplemental salad consisted of yellow ointments, blue wort, white wort, potato salad, pieces tomato, mixed leaf salads and rocket. The dressing nicely balanced with matching acid note. The potato salad was not our case now. Very sparingly seasoned and an oil with very strong taste was used, we just didn't get what for one. In the pigshaxe the skin was on top and was very crispy. The haxe was well seasoned but very dry and the meat was badly detached from the bone despite extra knives. The sauce was simply made, nothing special, tasteful okay. The same thing with the sour wort, because you don't have to eat right now. The two Semmelknödel were not bad, beautifully spiced and with a firmer consistency as we like them. The three pieces of pork fillet were super delicate, pink fried and sharply seasoned.The sauce deliciously tasted with light pfeffer note and light cream flavor. There were still fresh, tasty champignons. Here we were thrilled. The late zle were very discreet and the butter taste was missing a little. Pork fillet likes again, Haxe unfortunately no. 2.5 stars for the total package Ambiente We got a place in the next room. There's a corner bench on the outside, tables and chairs in dark wood. The ceiling also consists of dark wood. Seat covers made of reddish fabric, curtains in red green. On the table a red orange medium blanket, there is a white bar candle that was not lit and a small artificial Christmas cut. The cutlery is already out and there is a firmer napkin with data from the local. Something much dark wood and with decoration is also not much loose, we found it okay. Three stars. Cleanliness On the tablecloth there were some traces that were not of us. Low dust traces in the next room and in the toilets. Three stars.
Because of the many good reviews we have landed here. you can sit beautifully outside, but you can also in many other neighboring restaurants. the food has filled the bub. really delicious is something else. I had a vesper plate and a sausage salad. actually it would have been called the rest of the breakfast .... a little bit cheese and whistled and cooked. all the cheapest sortiment from the 2kg package. no leberwurst mettwurst or anything else. if I sit in such a beautiful old town I actually expect beautiful things from the local metzger. and not such an industry kram on a board which everyone can make themselves in 2min at home for 2.50€. the eating of my wife was boring and tasted after finished eating. but don't want to say anything wrong, surely that the meat has died at least two times in the pan. that was soou dry... voluntarily not once again ...P.S the beer tastes but very good.

I wasn't a guest of the hospital, I only ate in the brewery to night. cozy and typical environment, friendly staff, we also found a waiter who spoke Italian. Bavarian cuisine. we have eaten a very good crispy swallow in a dark beer sauce, sour wort and dumplings. generous portion. only for the hungry! or for a lot of question like me...
If this is rated so high on tripadvisor, I am afraid to try something else. the tables were not clean, so-called homemade ravioli were frozen. the salat was literally an salat from all, including inlaid cauliflower, carrots with fresh vegetables, all on a large dish. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend
