Placed an order online and after a two hour wait, I called and was proudly (after being hung up on twice) met with every excuse available to include; we have no chicken your order wasn't placed online we tried calling you but there was no answer the delivery...driver was at the door but there was no answer Truly some of the rudest and undeniably bad service I have ever experienced.
