Cormier's Creole Kitchen - Gueydan

Crawfish and boiled shrimp were great. The service was friendly.

We forgot snacks on our wildlife refuge adventure and found this place along our way. The children ordered burgers I’m not sure they tasted, and we ordered the fried chicken. It may have been the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. Typically I wouldn’t say I like the breast, but even that was deliciously mouth-melting. We would come back for the fried chicken.

We were down for the Chicken Run/Mardi Gras Parade and stopped here for supper. The crawfish were the best we have ever had. They were also HUGE for this time of year. The service was was superb and the atmosphere was so welcoming.

The Thursday BBQ and dressing is worth the drive itself.

Steaks are still top notch, best I've had in a long time.
