Come to taste a friend's cuisine, we were all surprised at the quality of food and preparations. a kitchen mixing between a beet sorbet in the entrance, a flat-mint risotto followed by a white chocolate sphere emulsion of raspberry in dessert. the chief was at the appointment! to redo!
A table to be remembered, with the service that accompanies with dignity. The estate extends with a beautiful park in which the walker ventured.
The polignac family receives you in their chateau as a guest! the welcome is always warm without excess and at your listening. the table, without starship, reserves you beautiful culinary moments. The outdoors of the castle also accessible are very pleasant and the "weed breakfasts" are occasionally great.
An elegant but not pumpy setting, a reception like that of a guest of brand, in a family home with furniture and portraits on the walls of well-worked products, on-site products for vegetables, sometimes prepared in an original way (beet wrath.) a nice break, along the world's tohu-bohu.
