Add to that the stunning location, which you will most likely reach after a beautiful walk or a stimulating bike ride, and it 's possible you really did just have the best meal of your life. The choice is deliberately limited to cold meats, vegetables and the local gnocco fritto , tigelle and piadine , but the place and the quality of the food make this place really special. The gnocco fritto with the local pesto is something I won 't forget......

The staff and very friendly and helpful, the quality of the products and the price are good all immersed in a beautiful landscape.

Old mill surrounded by high mountains, a cooler spot on a hot day. Cold cuts, cheese and beer. Highly recommended place for a bit of good food in scenic surroundings.

Our Italian friends brought us here last Sunday afternoon for a late lunch, we sat out side so we could enjoy the views and lovely views too, up in the hills and has a far away feel to it all. We had simple Italian fair a platter selection of cold meats and hams salamis with a big bowl of raw vegetables to dip in our olive oil and a selection of lovely local cheeses and a gorgeous selection of home made breads which the staff kept bringing out hot and fresh from the oven, cold beers and wines too.......yum! A simple little restaurant and just right for where it is, nothing too fancy but just right after a long walk in the area, I do hope we will come back again.
