Feedback gevenTerrible service from senior member of staff. Very dismissive. Actual server who appeared to be new was, however, kind helpful. Will not be going again. Not comfortable, very cold reminiscent of a railway waiting room.
I had broken down and was waiting for assistance which took a long time to come.The coffees and tea were excellent and the staff were so helpful and friendly which I appreciated. Loos were very clean
The service facilities on the A3 and M25 are a disaster. When traveling from the South Coast to the North M25, Wisley is the only option. The facilities are very run-down, with only one out of three toilets working. Even though it was not on the menu, we had a surprisingly good Cortado. Overall, this Seattle-based restaurant was the worst of the bunch. The Cortado we ordered came with a perfect 'Bugs Bunny' design on top. Unfortunately, my wife stirred her coffee before I could take a photo of it.
Visited today at 0845 Tuesday 26 th July). Exceptional staff team leader sorting so much and supporting staff who were all happy and engaged . Very quick service !! Fabulous coffee too . Thank you . Need Starbucks award for sure !
Since it is summertime, the outdoor seating is being used, but it is evident that the staff has only opened the doors and not properly maintained the area. The outdoor space appears to have not been cleaned in days, let alone that morning.
