Mariachi's - Gulf Breeze

The decor is typical of a Mexican restaurant, which is fine since the service and food truly excel here. As we perused the menu, our server brought us freshly made tortilla chips and salsa. On our first visit, he also offered guacamole (made on-site) and a delicious white cheese sauce. One of my personal benchmarks for Mexican cuisine is the guacamole, and theirs was fresh and fantastic! Our first server was friendly and accommodating, easily identifying a dish based on our description. During our second visit, our server was more focused and businesslike, but not rude. Impressively, she took our complete order (for five people) entirely from memory and delivered it without a single mistake. Remarkable! The staff was incredibly attentive too. I don’t think anyone’s drink got half empty before it was refilled. Given how busy the restaurant was, that's quite a feat. Both times we left with three large take-home containers. They also offer chips and dips for takeout, so you can swing by just to grab those and go. The fact that we returned for a second visit speaks volumes about this restaurant. This is definitely not your average Mexican spot; they truly go above and beyond to serve authentic food that is simply to die for!
