H2o Grill - Gulf Lagoon Beach

Our waitress was very sweet. The food was great. We got the wings, BBQ Garlic Parmesan and they were so good we came back the next day instead of going out somewhere else. Fries were seasoned and didn't even need ketchup they were so good. Shrimp was great also. Really enjoyed it.

Don 't know if it was good or not. Place was practically empty and we were ignored the whole time we were there. Tried to flag down the one bringing food out to another table and was told just a minute . They never came back, so we just left.

Drinks are hit or miss, just depends who makes them.

Food was what you’d expect not bad, not great. The drinks are pretty good.We had the sweetest bartender on Saturday night. She was very friendly and helpful. I wish I knew her name so that I could continue to brag about her.The bartender at lunch on Sunday, Jessica, was unbelievably rude. I watched her interact with other customers to see if it was just us, but she spoke to everyone so disrespectfully. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10+ years, I could not believe her attitude or that they allowed her to continue working with customers.

Went into the grill to order food at 8:20 and they didn't close till 9. they were already cleaning up and wouldn't fix us a darn thing. why don't you hire white Americans to wait on us Americans. we always get rude service from them
