To be honest, if I would have used the ladies room before I ordered..... We wouldn't have stayed. This wasn't quite dinner hour on a Saturday. Really unkept. So dirty. Awful.

Just an awful experience. The waitstaff were as accommodating as possible. But the managers are lacking in customer service and support for their own people. Just astounding the ineptitude of those managers.

The food was good. My Flo's Filet stake was medium rare, and I cut it with my fork. Salad was fresh, and bread was warm. My baked potato was cooked perfect!

Top notch service! Hostess was attentive and waitress was really good. Manager walked around and checked in with us to see how we were doing. I highly recommend this location.
