Anna’s Cafe - Gulf Shores

The hours online said they are open until 6:00pm. My family and I finished a 2 hr Segway Tour and wanted a smoothie for 6 people. It was 4:45pm and when we watched another family walk away with smoothies my husband walked up and the girl said I 'm fixin to close and didn 't want to wait on us. She lost the business from our family! We won 't go there ever again!

Anna's is a food truck at the entrance to Lake Shelby at the Gulf State Park and there's lots of great choices for cooling down. While it may be billed as a juice and smoothie bar Anna has a lot more going on there. There's frozen lemonade, iced coffee, frozen coffee, milkshakes, ice cream, some delicious chocolate covered strawberries on a stick, frozen bananas dipped in chocolate and frozen cheesecake plus drinks and more. We have been here a couple times and the young lady inside is friendly and know her stuff. The bananas and strawberries are our favorites but the milkshakes are mighty fine too ! I'm very pleased that Gulf Shores finally opened up our little coastal paradise to food trucks and I'm happy to support a locally owned and operated business. Especially when it's done well and it keeps me cool and refreshed, nicely done! Bottom line: Like I said, if you want something to cool you off, this indeed is a cool stop!

Anna’s cafe is awesome! I had a strawberry, banana smoothie, and it was the perfect drink for a hot summer’s day! Anna is so sweet, and everything was so clean. I will be going back every time I visit gulf shores!
