Nice new store, but it's a Cumberland Farms and has been for ages. Google is stupid. Cumberland Farms, on the other hand, is not. They have good store brand snacks and sweets, plus coffee and cold drinks. Sbarro and Burger King are inside, although when I visited, BK had not yet been opened.
They never have for real milkshakes for there machine. I really like them an I can never get them there I have to go over the bridge to the circle k or to Wilcox to the oasis to get them an I stay close to cover 10
I had never heard of Cumberland Farms before traveling to my sweetheart's home town of Fall River, Massachusetts in the 70's. After leaving the Navy and settling there I quickly learned that Cumberland Farms was vital part of Fall River's and surrounding communities. They were like the local minimarts, 7/11's and corner grocery all-in-one. I was a very regular customer for the next decade plus. But alas once we moved to Memphis in the 90's there were more Cumberland Farms to be found.Well, I am a customer once more!! All the Tom Thumb locations are being converted to Cumberland Farms and they're building more. This location has finished it's changeover and it looks great. They moved out Pizza Hut and replaced it with NY style pizza chain Sbarro, which is a good move. The Burger King, with a drive thru, remains and they make fresh sandwiches, have big modern drink and coffee stations, very nicely done. There's also tables and chairs to eat-in and the convenience store itself is big and well stocked. Lots of cold bottled drinks, beer and more are available plus they have a huge auto carwash with free vacuum stations, as well. They are even starting to make available a litmited amount of fresh fruits and veggies. They also have competitive gas prices plus you can download their SmartPay app to save .10 a gallon every day.EG Group acquired Cumberland Farms and its nearly 660 convenience stores in the Northeast and Florida, and EG America now has its headquarters in Westborough, Mass. With more than 1,750 sites across 33 states, U.S. c-store brands include Cumberland Farms, Certified Oil, Fastrac, Kwik Shop, Loaf N’ Jug, Minit Mart, Quik Stop, Sprint Food Stores, Tom Thumb and Turkey Hill.Founded in 2001 by the Issa Family, United Kingdom-based EG Group is a major convenience retailer who has established partnerships with global brands. EG Group currently employs in excess of 44,000 colleagues working in more than 6,000 sites across Europe, USA and Australia.Bottom line: Clean, well stocked with lots of conversation items, friendly faces, it's convenient. Recommended!
Has the best gas prices and it's a clean and organized store with a Sbarro pizza shop. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because they ran out of gas ? and I'm like 16 miles from being empty ? btw, this isn't Tom thumb's, it's Cumberland Farms. I suggested the change to Google Maps.
