Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

It seems that the inner section of the restaurant closes at eight, so when I went to pick up my order, I had to wait in a 10-car line inching ahead slowly because no one was answering the phone for online order pickups. It's not very considerate of customers' time, especially for a late night order at Zaxby's. If I had the option to cancel my order instead of waiting in a long line, I definitely would have. There are plenty of other restaurants that offer cheaper prices and are more efficient when it comes to waiting times.

The driving workers are rude and do not pay attention to what they do. prawan in the window took my money and gave me no change. when she was asked for change, she argued, never for inconvenience and gave me too much change instead of correcting it.

I would highly recommend that the chicken finger plate without a stuffed sauce, it tends to lose the crispy, compared to the sauce on the side, but with the spicy zax sauce/tonk sauce on the side they can not go wrong

The manager provided us with excellent recommendations since we were first-time diners. The fries were hot and crispy, and the sandwich was fantastic!

Yesterday, I visited Zaxbys in Gulf Shores on 2/5 to grab a bite to eat after work. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. The girl at the window seemed grumpy and handed me my food before quickly closing the window without letting me say thank you. That was incredibly rude. She could definitely benefit from more customer service training.
