Church's Chicken - Gulfport

Loved the food and the service. I always order spicy chicken it's never spicy not even warm and churches is the only place that there's even any hint of spicy flavor! The people working at this particular location are on their A game with the food and the service!

I love Churches Fried Chicken, but today service was not good. I ordered a 2 piece mixed , I asked for the wing and drumstick sweet iced tea with backed macaroni with cheese. Ok a cold wing a thigh and a small portion of Mac cheese. I was like really, this never happened before so I was like keep moving girl you doctors appointment. Then no spoon to eat Mac cheese. The states making my mouth itchy. Be careful if u go I ate what I could and threw the rest away.

After we spent about 20 minutes in the drive-thru, we discovered that some of our items were missing from our order. It was frustrating to hear other customers at the window receiving their complete orders without issue. Given the price we paid, they should have double-checked our bag before handing it to us.

The food lacked flavor, and the potatoes in the dish were overcooked. The bathroom was also not very clean. The table was in poor condition. I always carry cleaning supplies with me, so I ended up cleaning the table and the toilet myself.

While going through the drive-thru, I ordered fried okra. The attendant simply said "502" and didn’t provide any further information. When I reached the window, she spoke to a coworker, took my money, and handed me a small bag without acknowledging me. I found it quite frustrating that she didn’t address me at all during her interaction. When I got home and tried the okra, it was cold. It's concerning that this level of service is acceptable; it suggests that management may not be training their staff properly.
