Firehouse Subs - Gulfport

I had my first visit to the Firehouse Subs in Gulfport on Highway 49, and I was truly impressed. The staff members—Hanna, Kody, and Abbie—were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful in explaining the various sub options. After reviewing the menu and asking a few questions, I opted for the small meatball sub combo. It was just the right size, delicious, and provided excellent value for the price. I will definitely be back again!

I discovered this restaurant when a coworker gifted me a Christmas gift card last year, and I only wish I had found it sooner! I'm absolutely in love with the spicy Cajun chicken sandwich and their brownies! They also have a loyalty app that rewards customers for dining in. While I'm not particularly interested in catering platters, I enjoy accumulating points toward a free large sandwich with any purchase. Additionally, you receive a medium sub sandwich on your birthday with any purchase. What I really appreciate is that they round up your bill to donate to local firefighters! I will definitely be returning! A big thank you to the staff for the fantastic food!

I had a small issue with my catering order, but the manager, Amy, really went the extra mile to fix it. She genuinely apologized and even sent some sweet treats for my family to enjoy as we welcomed the New Year. The subs were amazing, and the cookies were just as tasty! Everyone loved them! Thank you once again, Amy, and to the staff member who helped resolve everything—I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but I truly appreciate all your assistance!
