Subway - GUNDAGAI

Was I in a Westfield food court? I'm honestly not sure. The reason this restaurant didn't get a five-star rating from me was the toughness of my sub, even though it was delicious. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, thanks to the unfriendly demeanor of the young woman who served me. The staff seemed disengaged and there were no smiles, which I believe is essential in a dining experience. Additionally, the seating arrangement was poorly designed; it felt like there was no privacy as I couldn't find a comfortable place to eat without being exposed. The salads weren't presented well either, with lettuce scattered everywhere. I would recommend this place only if you're okay with less-than-friendly service and prefer to eat in your car. Definitely reminds me of an IKEA dining experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh and delicious, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service was also exceptional, with attentive staff who made sure everything was just right, so I give them a 5 out of 5 as well. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, which also deserves a 5 out of 5. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my visit!

It was somewhat busy, though not overly crowded, but the service was quite slow.

Ever wondered if Karen instead of Asking to Speak to the Manager was the Actual Manager...Well then come on down to Gundagai Subway. The Manager is rude, aggressive, clearly unaware of Health and Safety protocols and with the self entitlement of Despotic Medieval King.Stay clear of this little haven of mediocrity at all costs!
