Very friendly and helpful staff. Main challenge was trying to understand the names of the meals and what they were, but they were glad to explain the meals. Would love to see an expanded Keto menu in the future. Tasty, healthy meals.

I've used a lot of meal prep services and this one has some of the best tasting meals! The donuts are great, and I actually usually have one and a protein shake for breakfast every morning. The Superman Chicken is another great one. It's surprisingly good, even the kale! Every label includes the macro breakdown for easy tracking, but if you're ordering online some of the listings have the macros missing. Sometimes it's easier to just go in and grab them, especially for the first time. Customer Service is always great too. They're very friendly and helpful. The downside is the price and variety. The menu doesn't change week-to-week and as far as I can tell there isn't a bundle discount. It adds up quickly and without a bundle it's the most expensive prep service I've used.
