Chili's Grill - Gurnee

I can rate them higher than what they deserve, but I feel hopeful about this particular chili location. I did not get any food from them for a month or two because they consistently seemed to get my order completely wrong or about cooking my food. But I visit several times a week as a delivery driver and could tell you some stories about their service! But in the last few weeks I have drastic improvement in you were able to complete orders in a reasonable time, and in the attention of their employees, as well as the kindness of the staff. I'm not sure what's changed there, but they seem to be on the right track and so I decided to give them four stars. If you have had bad experiences with this site in the past, you should try to give them another try! As far as her food goes, I am absolutely in love with her big mouth bites burgers (if they get them right). I get cravings for them, and they are always the reason why I get the dinner from Chili!

The next day, I ordered again through the Chili's app and DoorDash, but one item was missing. I called back, and Sergio quickly resolved the issue and made it right. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy a meal there in person very soon!

The Big Mouth Burgers are absolutely delicious, and the pasta is quite good as well. I did encounter some issues with the pasta being undercooked, but the manager was able to resolve the problem. The French fries are nice and crispy too.

This is a fantastic spot to immerse yourself in the atmosphere. The Mexican cuisine is excellent, especially the tortillas. While the rib eye wasn’t the best I’ve had, the service and the rest of the food were great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!
