Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Robin was amazing. The food was great. Did I mention how awesome the service was? Great waitress! Too bad not every store has such a great representative. Please keep her and give her a hefty raise she is well worth it!

The food was delicious but someone messed up with our orders. we had to wait an hour and a half to get our food. they blamed it on the chicken taking a long time to fry but when it came it wasn't piping hot, just warm. otherwise it was all good.

For whatever reason cleanliness was not a priority. When we were first seated at our table we found it to be sticky (probably from the jams and jellies) and very poorly wiped as there was paper and stuff in the edge along the wall.As dinner progressed and people left no one cleaned off the tables and by the end of our dinner we were surrounded by no less then 5 tables piled with dirty dishes, napkins etc.As we walked out to pay our bill my wife slipped on something spilled on the floor. She told the cashier as we paid our bill and her attitude was she could care less!Here 's the cake topper...As I paid the bill I was asked to please answer the one question survey on the credit card machine.... the question was Was the restaurant clean? They must know they have a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: it is accessible, a little tight getting through the store but manageable.

Food as good as expected, prices are very reasonable. Our server was very accommodating even though she was very busy. Kudos to her!

This was my first time ever going to a Cracker Barrel and I came here with couple of friends. I ordered a Peach Cobbler for dessert and got some free biscuits if I signup for the member newsletter. I’ve enjoyed both of them. The price is very affordable and staff was very nice. Amanda was very professional and nice the entire time even during 8:00 pm. Overall my experience was very positive!!
