One thing I've learned about small businesses is that customers are an asset, while employees can sometimes be a liability. Unfortunately, JB's seems to have a significant liability issue. Be cautious with your money when visiting this place!
El Nachos Grande is a delicious meal that includes tortilla chips, ground beef, shredded cheese, nacho cheese sauce, pico de gallo, and sour cream. The portion size is generous enough for two adults to share, making it a great value for the price. Additionally, this meal is included in the meal plan, which makes it even more affordable. The nachos are nicely stacked, but be aware of the topping-to-chip ratio; it's common to run out of toppings before reaching the bottom layer of chips. Overall, the meal is quite good, and I often order it when I'm sharing with friends.
This was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. When I used my dining passes, the staff working the register were clueless, and rather than getting a manager to assist, the cashier from the Dominican Republic cancelled our order and disappeared into the back for ten minutes before I was able to flag down a supervisor from Jamaica, who was able to actually get our order handled. The fountain for drinks was out of powerade, lemonade, or tea, and the sprite and sodas tasted wrong too. The BBQ burger was just a cheese burger on a pretzel bun. Dry, with no taste of smoke (you know BBQ... . When I asked a staff member on the floor for ketchup or anything to add a modicum of flavor, but he completely ignored me. While these are probably teenagers working in a busy theme park, the fact remains that these people are paid to do a job and provide a service, and this was in no way, shape, or form accomplished.
Ordered pulled pork waffle fries. Discrimination read : pulled pork, cheese, and tomatoes on top of waffle fries. What came out was a pig trough slopped together. The “tomatoes” were actually salsa and the whole thing was liquid at the bottom.Asked them to remake it due to the sogginess of everything. They refused unless we ordered a new one. Reasoning was they changed the menu.Definitely not work $18.Cocktails cost just as much as food $16+.I asked for a water and was given a paper snow cone cup. (Not sure how I am supposed to set that down to eat or have conversation with my group)Costumer service was horrible. Will never be coming back here.
