Panera Bread - Gurnee

Very nice location. Comfortable and modern feeling. The service time was good and they offer a screen to see waiting times for pickup! Manager seemed very welcoming and was at the top of things when it was busy eating presentations was also good. Tomato soup in bread bowl tasted super and the two green goddess salads we got were very fresh. Minus a star for no green tea :

I set up a pickup order and set the wrong phone number to contact me. When I picked up my order, Ines came to my car to let me know they didn't have what I ordered. I told her everything I spent was good with me and she brought a box of pastries more than what I paid. It was a selfless act that made me absolutely the day. Thank you. A decent disc bread. is located in the heart of Gurnee near the mills Gurnee. Clean and friendly stuff. Inddor and outdoor seating arrangement.

I wasn't in Panera, and on an empty stomach I decided to stop at the Panera in Gurnee. Sandra was amazing. She greeted me with a smile, suggested to get what (because I wasn't there so long) and from I went with my sandwich, soup and bagel bag.... Unfortunately, I forgot a bag there and I called to see if they forget to give it to me. They gave it to me... I just left it on a table while waiting for my order. She sent me a voucher by e-mail for the next time. In all my years to go to Panera (or any restaurant), I have never met such a person who has offered to do something so sweet. Sometimes his smallest records of goodness - that makes an experience unforgettable.
