Rosati's Pizza - Gurnee

Ordered pizza for delivery and ended up having to go pick it up of course frustrated i did ask for a refund and was told they only charged the one pizza and the owner was not going to refund me or acknowledge the fact the pizza was supposed to be delivered 30 mins ago and had no eta for when it would arrive. Upon going to pick the pizza up i asked to speak to the manager about my refund. The cashier had a nasty attitude along with comments. One of which being i looked like a crackhead. So if you enjoy having to pick your already late food up at 830 at night (715 original arrival time) with no phone call to let you know the driver was not there or was running late and to be told you look like a crackhead then this is the place for you.

I wish i could give this place a negative star! called for delivery was told it would be an hour Fine. less driving for me... 30 minutes after it was supposed to arrive I called to find out where my pizza delivery was ? I was told they didn 't have a driver asked why the didn 't tell me that sooner dead silence sent my daughter to pick up the pizza bad idea She was VERY angry when she got there .. the cashier called her a CRACK WHORE I tried to have a reasonable conversation with the owner...NEVER GOING BACK! cold NASTY PIZZA terrible behavior by so called owner and staff!!

The food is excellent, but it cost too much for delivery but I love Rosati's pizza. I did not know they delivered here.

10/14/2023, No working ice in pop machine, no orange pop, no stary pop. Womens bathroom door lock in bad shape, locked my 9 year old in bathroom, when told staff, they didnt care enough to even walk over there and look.

I must say these guys were such a delightful surprise! It came when promised and it came hot! I was surprised just how delicious it was I had Greek salad and stuffed shells and I wanna marry the cook t The delivery driver was just so sweet and called to make sure of my location Thank you for such a nice meal!!
