Sree Gokulam Vanamala - Gurupavanapuri

In June this year we stayed at Gokulam Vanamala during our visit to Guruvayur temple. It's a nice place to stay with family. Very comfortable. Also their restaurant serves really delicious food.

We have been to this place many months back - the hotel rooms are infested with bed bugs and also stinking. We could not get any sleep due to this - on request , they did provide another room which is equally bad and also smelly.The food is Ok. But will not recommend for stay.

Was here for dinner and the food was just average. As read in other reviews I tried the Chola Batura and it was just average. Staters were average and gravies below standard. Try other places if you have time.

Very close to Temple but that is the only advantage of this hotel. The staff especially at front desk gives us a feeling of a police station with rigid face and not distant feel of hospitality and friendliness.

This is a hotel where we have been staying whenever we visit Guruvayur... Very neat and clean, good food, courteous staff and located right next to Guruvayur temple... The only disappointment is the absence of a breakfast buffet...
