Sushi Love - Gusev

The review reflects the typical service in Gusev, where the food is tasty and the decor is beautiful, but the service is lacking. We waited 1.5 hours, had to bring our own dishes to the table, clean up our dirty non-disposable plates ourselves, and even fetch the menu ourselves. The café seems to be focused on delivery, yet even that took 1.5 hours. The comfort of customers in the dining area doesn't seem to be a priority, which is quite disappointing. Compared to a place in Chernyshevsk, where sushi is served by a waiter fresh within 15-20 minutes of ordering, the Gusev establishment feels quite shabby. This kind of treatment raises concerns about hygiene standards in the kitchen. After all, customers can't see what's happening back there, can they?
