Retro - GUSTAVO A. MADERO

We just stopped in for cocktails and they were great. Best of all, this is on the second floor balcony and you can see forever!

It was a warm day in San Jose del Cabo, and so we ducked into Retro, climbed the "Stairway to Heaven," and sat at a table where we were served by a delightfully charming waitress. Happy Hour (12-5 from what I recall) was underway and the 50% drinks selection was very nice. Two of us had margaritas, while the other two had Pints of draft Negra Modelo -- awesome prices!For food, two of us had burgers while the other two had a plate of 3 fish tacos -- the fish tacos were only 80 pesos. What a great deal. Even though the TVs had sports on, they weren't blaring, so we could still have a normal conversation.Our service was friendly, prompt, and very nice. We'll be going back there soon -- you should too!!!

Buzzing and lively burger/sports bar. Great prices, good choice of beers and other drinks and the food ain't bad either! Taco's were great and came with all the trimmings, but the burgers are what you go for. Well worth a visit!

El servicio no es muy ràpido, la comida podrìa mejorarse. La mùsica es muy versátil, creo que serìa bueno darle personalidad a este lugar.

We ate at Retro on our last night in Mexico when we had enough Mexican food for the trip. The mushroom cheeseburger was awesome, and the Bruce Lee chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwiches my husband had ever had! My son was happy with his footlong hot dog and his rootbeer float. Also, they had MLB on TV which we were missing very much. Would love to go back again!
