Ichchapuron - Guwahati

Ideal place for Bengali dish. I tried their thali alsong with tel koi, daab chingri and bhapa ilish. Quantity is good. I like the chutney with dates on it. Bit on pricey side. Good for families.

Usually, it 's very rare that we find good fish items in a restaurant. But as many times I have ordered from Ichchapuron, it has been fish items and they are absolutely delicious. And my favorite item, so far, has been the 'Chitol Machcher Peti Roast ' though Doi Machh was nice too. However, I wasn 't a big fan of the Mochar Ghonto, which is why I went for a 4. I would definitely recommend it for the fish items they serve. :

Good Bengali cuisine..Bengali food fans must try.Daab chingri is one of the best dish ever loved it,one must try it and overall the thali has many varieties along with puri. Must come and enjoy.

Ordered a veg thali and it was just awesome . The shukto and potoler dalna tasted best. The rice was properly cooked and cholar dal was yummy. The payesh could have tasted better.<br/

Amazing food. Their thali is pretty good. Chicken kosha was awesome; quality and quantity wise. Pocket friendly place with good food. Ambience could be a bit better though.
