That must be the biggest cute I have seen so far! and for only 7000 krw per person the price for this buffet is also incredibly low! it belongs to the Buddhist tempel mireuksa 미ξ, which is just above the road, and the people from the tempel seem to eat in this cafeteria too. they serve only here for lunch and do not fill up the food again, so that everything runs out in court remains empty. it is better to arrive early and come before 2 o'clock, so they have enough time to eat and enjoy the food. we came here at 2.30 a.m. and, although there was enough food left, they almost didn't let us in and we had to eat in a hurry. the buffet is a great variety of veggie-friendly traditional Korean foods: there are four different types of cooked rice, suppening, some mosquito meat, tofu, several vegetable side dishes, six! kimchi and tons fresh vegetables! to my surprise, here is the eating with garlic, scorpions and typical dishes are seasoned. I wasn't sure that I could trust the kimchi that is free from fish sauce, so I didn't try. at the entrance of the dining room there is a kind of loading for next to meals 반찬 and snacks. I saw some beside dishes, the fish and seafood, so I am confused whether the buffet is totally vegan. had no chance to ask someone. in front of the building there is a large parking space, which applies both to visitors of the cafeteria and to the tempel.

This place was amazing. Before opening, there was already a huge line showing how popular the place is. There were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted amazing. I'm gonna have to make multiple trips in order to try everything!

Traditional korean food, some things are veganized versions of typically non-vegan dishes. Ate here right after hiking and it hit the spot. Actual monks and nuns were eating here, so you know it's legit.

I loved everything I ate. Come hungry! Take cash, too. I could not find anywhere online that said whether they accept cards so that I brought cash and in fact there was only one gentleman at the door collecting the 7000W as you enter. You have packed portions of dishes for sale also if you want to buy some to take home.

Amazing vegan buffet at the entrance of the national park. It was really busy when we arrived, but there was plenty of room to find a place. The quality of the food was perhaps not quite comparable to other places, but it was so good value (7,000 won per person) and so much choice that it was not really important. It was nice to try some things that we might not order differently, and the salad station was beautifully presented and so fresh. It is something from the way from the city center, but we visited the national park in the afternoon, so it was perfect for lunch.
