China City - Gwynedd

China City is, without a doubt, the top Chinese restaurant in the area. The staff is friendly, polite, and always in good spirits, even during busy times. It's important to note that this is not a traditional restaurant, so there are only a few staff members cooking. However, due to the high demand for their delicious food, customers are willing to wait. I personally don't mind waiting an hour because I know that I won't find better quality elsewhere. I've tried other takeaways from Caernarfon to Holyhead, but none compare to China City. I always recommend them to others. If you're looking for a standard, bland takeaway, go somewhere else. But if you want the best, I highly suggest ordering from here and calling ahead to save time. It's always worth the wait for me.

Never fails to let us down. You have to try the large spring roll. Not had one as nice anywhere else. Phone the order on a sat night as they can be very busy. Tried many dishes and all are good standard. This is where...we get our take away regular on sat night.

Don’t leave it last minute to place your order. Being so popular there is often a wait for your food. It’s worth the wait though. Enjoyable meal on every occasion.

The quality was not good. We tried a variety of dishes, but none of them were good. I recommend going to Bangor Chinese restaurant down the road instead, as it is much better.

1.5 hours waiting, despite calling in order. eating was cold, the worst spring rolls ever, too much too little filled. this device needs an overhauled, annoying system and does not require customer service. please improve their facility as it is in a first class position
