The staff here are all nice and friendly. I left my small bag bag inadvertently in the chair and the friendly staff kept it safe and gave it back to me. it was very impressive the friendliness of British people thanks again!

Did not come into a sugar coat months ago, was anxious. came here today and it was a completely different experience. it looks like someone notices the bad reviews. much better here today, actual staff here, counted at least 6 employees. the personal also knew politely what they did. hopefully remains
