The standout feature of this place is the beach view, which can be enjoyed from almost every corner of the cafe. The food and drinks also impress, with delicious toasties and milkshakes that are of great quality. While the prices may be slightly high, the overall experience justifies the cost. However, we found a few minor drawbacks that prevent us from giving it a perfect score. There is a lack of obvious shelter in case of bad weather, although there are plenty of umbrellas for shade. Additionally, the restaurant provides both general waste and mixed recycling bins, but many items are served in wrappers that may not be recyclable once used. It seems that not many customers are paying attention to this issue. Overall, a great spot with a few minor areas for improvement.
The patio is comfortable and offers fantastic coffee and food, perfect for dining in or getting takeout. Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the bay towards Abersoch.
I went with my son for a mid morning snack and was appalled to find that the 2 rounds of toast he wanted cost an eye watering £5. The poor boy counted out his pocket money and it’s hurt my heart ever since that all his money went on this daylight robbery. Suffice to say I will not be coming back to this rip-off merchant.
Instead of writing my own review, I decided to share some quotes from my partner after finishing the poached egg hollandaise: "That was an absolute masterpiece." "Honestly, that was an experience!" And when asked if everything was okay with our food: "No, it was too good. I ate it too fast and now I want more." Based on her glowing comments, I think it's safe to say she highly recommends the dish.
It's a great little spot, right on the beach. Coffee is a little bitter for my taste, But the rest of our group enjoyed it. Had the vegan toasty, it was delicious.
