The Saracens Head - Gwynedd

Guys you have to come here, it’s so lovely. The place has just been refurbished and can’t rate it high enough. We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Brian, a roaring fire, pool table for the kids and probably the best chicken wings we have ever had! Definitely recommend to come here, the food is delicious and lovely staff.

We went to the restaurant with three big families, which included young children, and the staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. They even recommended activities for the kids to enjoy. The food was excellent and the portions were huge. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely return the next time we are in Wales!

I recently had a Sunday roast dinner at this restaurant and it was hands down the best one I've ever had. The service was very welcoming and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Really lovely place to stay in beddgelert super dog friendly, with treats, water bowls, dog towels for rainy days, 5 stars, food, location, rooms, atmosphere, cleanliness are all impeccable, highly recommended Staff are lovely and welcoming Definitely be visiting again x

We are staying locally for a few days and on a walk around the village this place caught our eye and as it was late afternoon we were happy to see they were still serving food. We ordered two Sunday lunches, one small plate and one regular. Both were well proportioned with fresh vegetables and cooked to perfection. The service was polite and quick. An overall excellent dining experience
