You have amazing Mexican style food. I had her Mexican breakfast plate and it was delicious. Pancakes are also good. I took my husband's plate and his food was just as good. If your driving down I-70 I recommend you definitely stop.

Unbelievable food! My car is broken and I came to a stop in her parking lot, it was DESTINY! The best Mexican food I ever had in my life! I traveled the entire united states and lived in Colorado, Nevada, California. And it's a HUGE deal that I say they're #1, trust me. My old #1, which is now #2, was also in Colorado, but there is no comparison. Fresh, delicious and authentic. Not to stop eating here is an injustice for yourself when I-70 travel. They kept me there for 4 days until I could make it. The restaurant is clean and people are super nice. I'm a customer for life now. Anyone who has written a bad overview of this place needs a serious mental assessment.

This is one of the best breakfast I ever had!: I'm a truck driver to work, so I'm traveling most of the country, eating breakfast where I'm on my way. I saw the gypsum grill from the highway they also have a few big truck parkings on the street to die their steak and eggs. the food of coffee and the service was all the top notch. I will definitely be back...

For almost fifteen years. I love her steak burrito. But every time I came by, they were always closed. Be nice to know their hours, sure, cuz I was always a consistent customer who always ordered the same.
