Jack In The Box - Hacienda Heights

Depending on the time of day you depend on how good your food is. went a few days ago and my food was disgusting dry, but got food amazing a week ago!

Had no breakfast drove thru and ordered 2 tacos just to tie us. My husband said just as well as before.

Good atmosphere! Active employees and fast service.

Entrance is very hard to turn into since it's on high traffic street and located right before the freeway. Food was good cooked well but the Iced Coffee for the price and size was horrible. It was supposed to be vanilla cream and it was bitter and bland. The girl served it from the same pitcher that was in the fridge possibly sitting there all day. Do not get the coffee. Drive thru area is big. Indoor is decent size and open for indoor dining.

Every time I come here, I forget how absolutely horrendous the drive thru service is. Definitely would find another Jack's if your absolutely stuck on getting jacks. I've been here 4 times in the past 5 months and it has never changed. The wait is always ridiculously long and the people taking my order always seem like I'm they have better things to be doing, or that I'm wasting their time. Note to self: go to tacos Mexico
