The lechon is perfectly crispy with a tender interior, and the paella is packed with seafood – absolutely delightful! - **Embutido**: This dish is great, but be sure to fry it before eating for the best flavor. - **Bilo-Bilo**: This is my favorite Filipino snack! It's creamy and packed with glutinous rice, plus the sweet potatoes are deliciously sweet. - **Baked Bangus**: This boneless bangus is topped with mayo and baked to perfection. Additionally, they carry some Filipino grocery essentials that are hard to find elsewhere, such as halo halo ingredients, Magnolia ice cream, patis, banana ketchup, Nestle cream, and palabok noodles—though they don't have fresh produce.
