Jersey Mike's Subs - Hackettstown

I've had good experiences here in the past, but this time was disappointing. My sub had very little meat for $19, which is surprising. To make matters worse, I found a hair in the last few bites. Not what I expected.

This restaurant used to be great, but lately, they can never seem to get my mobile orders correct. I pay extra for bacon, and they never include it. I request jalapeños, and they’re not added either. I ordered a Buffalo cheese steak and received a regular cheese steak instead. Given the prices they charge, this is unacceptable. I visit on my 30-minute break, so I can't just go back to correct the mistakes. They are really risking my loyalty as a customer.

Sent inside and it was much better than when I dashed it. The one guy was super friendly. Didn't catch his name but he had some tats and shoulder length hair. Great service, good food.

Excellent customer service. They take gluten free as seriously as we do, as it should be.
