Kfc - Hackney

Never will I order from this branch through Ubereats ever again. This is the second time they have missed items from my order and then when I contacted Ubereats they said I have asked for too many refunds in the past and they weren’t going to refund me anything. This is my second incorrect order, what am I supposed to do, ignore their incompetence? KFC make two mistakes and somehow I’m a criminal and don’t deserve to be refunded. Please do not order from this branch or from Ubereats. They are both cheats. Spread the word just like I’m doing.

Chicken is good but the toilet is very bad, its extremely dirty filthy with urine on the floor and smells very very bad i couln't even last a few more seconds to wash my hands and counter ladies would chat when not busy or is that their job to clean when required? But can they not smell the filthiness.

Wonderfully rude! The charm and appeal of this place is how the staff manage to turn fast food into a ridiculously slow affair. The duty manager manage is a slightly grand term informed me that the person with arms folded could not carry out a certain task because they were not trained and that his other subordinate could defy good food hygiene standards by both handling food and money without the need for hand washing or gloves. It is heart warming to know that these kind of places still exist. Good old fashioned bad manners and rudeness with poor quality food have not left our shores. Well done KFC franchise or owned store the manager refused to tell me which it was in providing a laughably bad customer experience. By the way tell your staff members not to cough into their hand and then handle food.

Second visit to this branch, second time they haven’t had what I wanted “no burgers”, “no hot wings” at only 20:30. Only seem interested in Deliveroo orders and the other customers had been waiting a long time just to get served, let alone disappointed that they didn’t have what they wanted. Walked out, avoid.

A branch of the Kentucky Fried Chicken...it is cheap and cheerfull...across from Finsbury Park no real sitting area but a good take away....avoid from 11-13 or 3-4....here is a local college nearby and it will be packed with students....(I used to b one)
