Lucky Chip Netil Market - Hackney

I don't understand the negative reviews. I highly recommend Lucky Chip! The food is always very fresh, delicious, and of good quality compared to most burger places in London. The staff is fantastic.

I recently tried a Lucky Chip burger for the first time and it was fantastic. The fries were top-notch and the "royal wit cheese" burger was satisfying and wonderfully messy. I highly suggest skipping delivery and heading to Netil Market instead, where you can support small, independent brands that value your patronage. I also had a tasty IPA from Barcelona that was suggested by the staff. I'm already looking forward to my next burger outing!

I am extremely disappointed that Netil Restaurant is still using single-use plastic cups. Are they unable to use glass cups? Or is it simply laziness because it didn't seem like there was a risk of glasses breaking. It's important to consider a more environmentally friendly approach. We all need to do our part to protect our planet, and one simple step is to avoid using plastic cups unnecessarily.

Some nasty reviews here (don't get it). Have had burgers here countless times through Deliveroo and for dinner. I'm a fussy burger eater but the burgers here are the best in Dalston in my opinion. The music/ sound system is great as are the staff. Such a fun place, with a full bar and great wine list. Chilli cheese fries are emotional. Can be a bit hectic, but see it as a lively bar that also serves food and you're laughing.

The restaurant did not respond to my feedback after spending 48£ on Uber Eats. The wings were overcooked, the portion of chips was small and poorly seasoned, and the burger meat had bones in it. I was disappointed with the lack of response from the restaurant. I do not recommend ordering from there.
