Beware of the inconsistent coffee quality though, as I received two oat cappuccinos during my visit - one was very dark with almost burnt milk, while the other was weak and light. I would recommend steering clear of the banana bread.
The menu was around 50% vegan which is great to see. We tried the Big Vegan Breakfast £13) which came with a free fresh orange juice, had scrambled tofu, mushrooms in oat cream, avocado, chilli jam sour dough toast. Our 5-year-old had the Granola w/ Mixed Berries Coconut Yoghurt £6) which he loved! The Oat Milk Mocha £3) was also delicious. It was a really nice atmosphere with lots of interesting decoration to look at and keep the kid entertained. I’ll definitely visit again.
The vegan menu at this restaurant seemed promising, but unfortunately the vegan Wellington we ordered was incredibly disappointing. It was stale and rock solid, almost like chipping away at a brick. The staff seemed aware of the poor quality of the dish, avoiding eye contact and not asking about our satisfaction with the food. Furthermore, when we asked if we could sit anywhere upon arrival, we received a dismissive response from a staff member. My partner's non-vegan options were also subpar, with her toast and my Wellington requiring teeth of steel to bite into.
Been so excited to go for ages and really disappointing. Great idea and very beautiful. We made a reservation and wasn't on the list when we got there. Got put out the back in the corner and forgot about. Not given a menu or water. Food doesn't taste as good as it looks. The prices on the Web menu are lower than actual price. I have the Granola and I love sweet things and this was too sweet for me, very sickly. My friends had the full breakfast the the Mushrooms had a sauce that they both found overpowering. The chair latte was disgusting Coffee was average Over all very disappointed
Located in a former tram depot, this café and shop is adorned with lush greenery, giving it a cozy and inviting feel. The menu offers plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, such as a delicious vegan wellington. However, the side salad was somewhat lacking, consisting only of rocket with mustard dressing. In addition to the tasty food, they also sell a variety of eco-friendly products and gifts.
