Mountain Cafe - Haenertsburg

We had a great time at this restaurant. The appetizer portions were generous and the cheesecake was exceptional! The ribs were delicious and literally fell off the bone. The atmosphere was cozy and laid-back. Special thanks to James for reserving our perfect table. Definitely recommend a visit to this place.

The Mountain Cafe in Magoebaskloof is known for serving the finest food in the area. I have had the pleasure of dining here numerous times, and each visit leaves me in awe of the inventive dishes on the menu, especially the delicious cheesecake. I was never a fan of cheesecake until I tried a bite of my wife's, and I was instantly hooked. I can confidently say that I have never had a cheesecake as incredible as the one served at Mountain Cafe. You are truly missing out if you don't dine here!

I had a great lunch at the Mountain Cafe. The staff was great. The food was disgusting. I can't wait to come back! I love the ribs!

An absolute must if you are in the area!!! Menu changes slightly on a weekly basis. We went back for more! Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Lovely view and relaxed atmosphere. Food is of very high quality for very reasonable prices. Some interesting flavours and hearty desserts. Definitely try their blueberry cheesecake and blueberry drinks. We will be back! Make a reservation, especially if you want to sit outside. Also dog friendly, always a big plus!
