He waited for 20 minutes to be served and didn't even get a menu, had to go to the bar and ask where the waiters were and then was informed that they weren't sure if they had left the food?

Extremely unorganized room, underoccupied, we waited in a queue for 30mins to say that there was table service and the kitchen ran out of the food!

To the better places I've eaten. The food tasted good, is of high quality and the service was top notch there is absolutely nothing to complain. A year ago it was there and the food tasted just as good this time.
