Auntie Anne's - Hagerstown

We arrived before the outlets opened, but this store was willing to make us a hot and tasty pretzel while we waited. Yum!

II can understand being busy. However, whomever was working the front on 8/6/23 was extremely rude. I walked to the front because I was picking up a DD order. The first thing out her mouth was, You 're gonna to have to wait. I said I wasn 't waiting because the customer had already ordered. She said she was too busy to make the order. Really??? I Doordash customer is STILL a customer!!

Delicious and the service was great. One woman working. She did a great job

I ordered a dragonfruit mango frost and it didn’t look anything like it she added lemonade slushy there was no mango flavor or anything mango related added and it clearly didn’t look like what was on the board and my hotdog bites were very burnt.

I got the small pretzel hotdog bites, they tasted old and horrible. Also two of the pretzel bites. Between 3 adults who are huge Auntie Anne fans, all of hungry, we threw out the majority of the food it was so bad. Sigh.
