Little Caesars Pizza - Hagerstown

Went in to get food. 2nd time in a week. No hot and ready pizzas. Staff was rude. Tried to order online first. Put my card info in and was denied. I suggest the competition. Three tries to get food from this location. Three times, no food. I'll be watching my card. Do not trust the staff at this location.

Can't even get you the right side dipping sauce you order then there is absolutely no way to contact them! They either hang up on you or leave you on hold forever I never did get through to anyone I wait for for over a half hour and gave up, other things to do. This was supposed to give me a convenient meal but it's been anything but. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Ok so in fairness this review is going to be based on 1 employee. That employee Austin, twice now I've been there the past few months while he was working, and both times he was helpful, polite and steadily working while multi tasking. He is definitely the type of employee you want on your staff, and probably leading the crew. Only posting this because many other experiences through the years there, and they have never been a good place to go to. That's why we don't go there often. If this would have been our 1st time there it would have been a 5 star just for that guy alone...
