I can't speak highly enough about Penn Ave. Locals simply refer to it as Penn Ave, and you don’t even need to mention the types of meat. It offers the best steaks, pork chops, and bacon, along with exceptional service—you won’t find better anywhere in Houston. The meat prices are comparable to those at grocery stores, but the quality is far superior. It's a locally-owned gem, so make sure to show your support for the community by visiting!

I loved this place when we lived in Hagerstown! Now we make a special trip just to get our fix of fresh meat and ghost pepper jerky. You'll definitely want to stock up, whether you live nearby or not!

I came across some negative reviews, but I have no idea what they’re talking about because my experience was fantastic! First of all, the customer service was excellent. The food and other products were incredibly fresh and delicious, and the prices for such high-quality meats are definitely fair!

Very very fresh. They have excellent subs to go as well as a great hamburger lunch special. Very good service as well as very friendly establishment in general.
