Sonic Drive-in - Hagerstown

We just ordered from here. we ordered mozzarella sticks (6pc) not received, and the personal did as if they had no brain between the eyes when they said that they could not break our 50 dollar rule on a 32,60 amount. when eating our food it was muddy and cold, the pommes frites were muddy and had very little crunchy to them and the pelle burger is just a burger with extra big pommes not their money at this place was wasting the service is terrible and the personal is idiot, will not come back. they broke the bill after our bill was more than half the bill.

I was extremely disappointed with the appearance of the "Chicken Sandwich" and did not even eat it because it looked so unappetizing. It was by far the worst sandwich I have ever seen, resembling a bark patty. I considered asking for a refund but didn't want to waste any more of my time. To make matters worse, the sandwich was priced at nearly $4.00.

The food was really good and the staff was very friendly to us even though we ordered a few things. we are coming back and I recommend the same for all others!

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I ordered the number 7 burger with chili sauce and bacon, but they got my order wrong and I had to repeat it. When my food arrived, the hot dog was not hot, the cheese was not melted, and the tater tots were small. I also requested BBQ sauce, which they forgot to provide. At that point, I decided to just forget about it.

The drive-thru staff were very courteous, the orders were prepared quickly, and overall it was a smooth and pleasant experience. It is budget-friendly and highly recommended for families or a quick late-night meal.
