I always get my sandwiches here and they are really good. I have never had any issues. Fresh vegetables are a must, as are the buns. The service is friendly.

Excellent staff, very attentive and generous with toppings! Absolutely my favourite subway location. Very convenient and super fresh every day!

During the week there's usually maybe only 2 employees there. One is taking orders and making sandwiches (at a snail's pace) the other one...is in the back room while there's a lineup of customers and she knows there's a lineup (pretending to be busy doing nothing at a snail's pace) What I don't understand is what she's paid to do? Why wouldn't she take some initiative to help the line along and get the customers served quicker instead of leaving one employee with a backup of customers ! Not only that but unless you ask 3 times for "lots" of a certain topping they make it seem like there's a shortage of veggies. Someone needs to train these women on customer service and prioritize the duties!!!

My family and I were at the Subway in Hagersville the evening of Friday, August 22nd, 2014. I am sorry to say we were treated very poorly by the staff. First, the sandwich artists were unwilling to make the sandwich my son gets at other Subway restaurants. Then, the "artists" gave my kids a rough time over their choice of condiments. And finally, my wife and I overheard the sandwich police trash-talking us, and other customers, while we ate. It was a horrible experience. We will never go back.
