Starbucks - Hailey

Ladies worked very nicely, the store and the counters were clean and they checked with me to make sure they make my drinks right. Drinks are great, the girls were amazing! I ordered a caramel band crunch and a mango dragon fruit mixed with lemonade instead of water add strawberry puree and blow. 10/10 would recommend the drinks and the shop.

Since Mindy has taken over and they have a brand new staff on board, they have a great team, I posted here a year ago and I'm happy, I left an honest post. But last year they did 180 and did a good job. I love all the staff they are friendly, they almost all know their locals under the name (I included and yes, I can be the grim one I will admit), but they have done such a good job since Mindy took over. Your drinks are almost always perfect, they keep conversations with you while u wait and will actually treat you like a person instead of just a customer. I like to go back. I love the ladies and gentlemen who work there

They need training to take their espresso to the next level, is that if the small cafes and those as craftsmen could be called espresso. More tasteful, no bitterness.

I'm a regular and have a good experience most of the time. However not all of the staff are friendly, morning crew is great. After noon and evening not as much.

Busy in-store Starbucks, tucked in the back corner of the grocery store. There is a street facing entrance on the SE corner of the Albertsons that puts you right in front of the Starbucks, this is the way to go if only wanting to make a Starbucks stop.This became a busy spot while I was there, lots of traffic but partners did a good job of keeping up with the spurt. You can tell it's a busy location, by 1030a the pastry and food case was nearly empty. Merch was in full stock! A small spot for sure, very limited and cramped tables and seating area. For the only Starbucks in Hailey, not bad at all.
